Strengthening Construction Culture Through Mental Health

Looking out for one another has always been part of construction culture. Wellness Worksite Project exists to support that tradition by opening honest, practical conversations about mental health, recovery, and suicide prevention.

The Reality in Construction

Construction remains one of the highest-risk industries for suicide, substance misuse, and untreated mental health challenges. Long hours, physical demands, and production pressure take a real toll on crews and leadership alike.

Our Role

Wellness Worksite Project helps construction companies strengthen the human side of safety. Our programs complement existing safety and EAP initiatives by addressing mental wellness risks that often go unnoticed—yet directly impact performance, retention, and lives.
